Plants vs. Zombies heroes no "my account" button

Hi, I have a question. Because I would like to log in to Plants vs. Zombies heroes and I don't know how, because when I enter the game in the settings tab, the "my account" button does not appear. Pl...

I am having the same issue, the actual tab under “settings” where all the account info and linking accounts to FB and whatnot is not there. I certainly did not register my account as under 18. Please advise if you have any work fix for this, as I am getting a new device soon, and want to transfer all the many many many hours of time and money invested into this game to my next device.

Did you ever get resolution?  EA has been giving me the run around for a year.
