Plants vs. Zombies invalid

I downloaded the on the house Plants vs. Zombies game of the year on origin and ive been playing for about a week or so. Within the past few days of me trying to play on my laptop, it's been giving me an error code every time i try to open it. It says invalid file and won't let me open the game. I tried pressing the repair button and it was still doing the same thing. I uninstalled the game three times and tried re downloading it but it still has been doing the same thing. I don't know what to do.
