Plants vs Zombies lost all unlocked characters
I had almost all the plants and zombies but the characters just disappeared the next day.

Well, How do we fix it then? Because playing as level 1 on glitched Textured Plants is Rather annoying.
Oh well that's unrelated to the event. If your rank is showing as rank 1 in a match, its a server issue. Simply leave the current server/game mode and find a different server.
