Plants vs Zombies Multiplayer How?

My son has begun plants vs zombies pw2. We now want to make it split screen 2 player, but cannot figure out how. We have an XboxOne. I have tried all the options and even reinstalled, but the sign in remembers his progress and I can't figure out how to get to the beginning to see if it was one of the original option set ups.

If your looking at the multiplayer portal in plant backyard headquarters look left and you'll see two Tvs stacked on top of each other interact with those and you'll enable split screen
