@Joseph2004045 Nah, it was fine as it was before. Maybe it wasn't OP before, but now it certainly is. It's far too strong, the main point of the ability is to disable sprinting and abilities.
@shurikeninja It's only overpowered because you never have Scientists on your team or they just go off on their own and flank and rarely ever heal the team.
