After seeing posts in multiple threads detailing various things, including a "me too" after a scratched disk error post.
Would it be possible for you to provide all the details in this thread? Making a detailed thread about one issue should also help with possibly finding out how widespread this issue is.
Try to include:
- What exactly happens
- During the freeze are you still able to access the Xbox guide?
- Anything going on in game, in common with the other freezes?
- Console
- Game mode
- Digital or Disk
- Region
- Video or screenshot (if it's not too much trouble)
- Any other information that may be help
