Plants VS Zombies won't launch

Question

So I've purchased this game already and logged in through the EA app on my laptop. I do not use Steam. For some reason when I launched it today, it was saying it would not launch and I would need to enter the product key. I clicked the button and it was saying my computer was offline when it is clearly connected to the internet. I've hit repair to see if that was the issue, and it did not seem to work. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thank you!

**Extra note** I tried contacting EA, but the only options I had to pick to say where I was having issues were either Steam, iOS, or Android, and not the app.

Hey&nbsp;@azba1297&nbsp;, it could be a known issue but you can also try clearing the EA app's cache to see if that helps.&nbsp;To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery &gt; Clear cache

I'm having the same problem. It's been like that for months. Clearing the cache didn't work.
