Plants vs Zombies Xbox 360- can't get passed UPDATE AVAILABLE message

Unable to play game - keeps coming up UPDATE AVAILABLE even when I have downloaded the update.

    When you get that message, provided you've already downloaded the update, all you have to do is reboot your console.

I have exactly the same issue - bought the game this morning - followed all the suggestions, cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled game, etc NOTHING is eliminating this update problem.

Hi guys, really sorry. Seems a couple games are having these issues.  Its being fixed 🙂

        Do we have a solution to this yet? My son just bought this game yesterday and he hasn't been able to play it because of this update that won't update. And if it's been going on this long, are you refunding people? I'm not happy paying $20 for a game that we can't even play.

      We are having this problem, my son and I, and the given solution didn't work either.
