I bought this for my son for Xmas we put it on it worked great then 10 mins into his game it signed him out of his xbox live, kept doing it so we switched it off for the night and this morning, kept saying canit sign into his E.A account, and now it's saying it doesn't recognise the disc why is this.. my son was looking forward to playing it but he canit any help would be nice

Do we have a solution to this yet? My son just bought this game yesterday and he hasn't been able to play it because of this update that won't update. And if it's been going on this long, are you refunding people? I'm not happy paying $20 for a game that we can't even play.
