PLAYER Speed Reduced?? Really?? Um WHY??? No thanks!!

There was a slow down on hit in the Nov patch notes. It read "Sprint speed is now reduced after taking damage". Maybe this is what you're referring to? I remember this bc I didn't really care for this, especially after the ttk changes.
