Players hacking and crashing the game?

I think I may have discovered why my game cuts out/ crashes when I'm winning. I've noticed that some of my opposing players seem to timeout when I'm winning unexpectedly to them, then my game crashes out...meaning they get a win..Even though, I had a good chance of winning the game. I know you the game can be hacked, as I've seen YouTube videos of a hacker. I've also mentioned before that sometimes a player will get too many great cards, or a too many of the right cards at the right time. We all know that even when we put a great deck together the chances of getting all the right cards at the right time, is not often possible. Yes, I agree, occasionally it happens, but some thing fishy is definitely happening for a player to timeout when losing..then my game crashes out. Has anyone else had this happen? Do I need to keep a log of the users names incase this happens again? It does happen every game I play, but it does happen neat to season end, or beginning when you players desperate to be top of the league, or gain gems. If I get the users names I will make official log/complaint.&nbsp;

Actually I agree but what I have noticed is that they are somehow hacking to give the zombies extra abilities. I have all the screen names and will be sending to EA but for example I played with someone today that their wannabee hero had bullseye...ummm how?!’ The only card he played was all zombies under 2 have bullseye which I killed long ago early in the game and wanna be hero has an attack of 6 so it made no sense ! I would have won the game too but either there is a major glitch or they hacked the game. Also the other day I played w someone that had so many cards and kept
Putting down so many zombies from round 1!!! I was so * frustrated! And that was 100% hacked !!

players that disconnect do not gain gems, so they aren't doing it for any benefit to themselves. doesn't mean they aren't trying to screw you over, but it won't do them any good in terms of gems for rank.

Your obviously fortune enough that it has never happened to you. But, at the beginning of the new season there are players desperate enough to use any method to rank up, quickly, gain the gems that come with that.. It does happen.. It would be foolish to think this game is unique not to have been hacked. Just go on YouTube you can see games that use hacks. When their hack is not working, they some how crash the game. I am now keeping a note of players users name, and will report them.

I knew I wasn't the only person to have noticed the strange amount in of cards that some have, and the type of cards..that don't even make sense in the game. These are clear give always that something is not right.

yes, my game does crash at other times..because EA have a low priority on sorting this out. The only solution they keep saying to me is try it on a another device.. Like I'm willing to load the game on every PC, phone, laptop inky house.. Nope, I play on my iPad, as it's convenient and I don't want it on ever device. It should work on iPad, as its marketed to do so.

This just happened to me too. I did not have a full deck and the minions definitely didn't have bullseye. Full block meter and then kill. I'm about to quit my game.
