In my opinion, it's not a very devastating or useful combo. Since I read about it, I have tried to carry it out many times, with no success, so I gave up.

I have been witnessing in my last games about this problem, heartichoke + flytrap, I really did not understand it until I could use it, and yes, it seems more like a game error, and that EA really did not count on it.
I really think that in the future many people will discover this potential trick, and the game will go down (By simple balance problems).
I think we are all interested in a balanced game, and all players should take a serious position on this deadly combo, for equity and because what all of us really want is a fair game.
I only had 4 of health, my enemy 12 of health and a lot of powerfull zombies in all lanes, and i simply put heartichoke+ flytrap loop, and heal me by geyser, and win the game, for an infinite healing combo, did not even give chance to go to ''Zombie tricks '' just because ''geyser'' is activated BEFORE zombie tricks, So the zombie opponent can NEVER defend with ''environment or tricks''. Just play zombies, and wait for certain death.
I only have one heartichoke in my deck, Imagine having the complete deck: 4 tacos, 4 heartichoke, 4 flytrap environment and geyser.
Anyway, If EA does not fix this, this problem will touch everyone at some point

With regard to heartichoke alone, i sorry to say It seems that it was done with that intention, when i reading that example '' All lanes full of wounds wall-nuts , and heal by geyser'', i remember the new galactic card: Galacta-Cactus (When destroyed do 1 damage to everything), now I understand why they created this card that at first made no sense to me... The idea is to hurt all your plants, and then cure with geyser, with the heartichoke played... And then look at the action 🤨 😢

Exactly. The developers knew full well what they were doing when they designed Heartichoke.
It's a very obvious mechanic. People will forget all about it when some of the other less obvious strategies catch on.
