Please help! Not getting 1000 coins when I level up 90% of time

Summarize your bug At least 90% of the time when I level up, the message banner shows 1000 coins but it does not add the coins to my collection. It is happening on all characters and in all modes/locations. I levelled up Rose from 1-10 the other day and saw it hadn't increased my coins from 20000 to 30000. Have been monitoring and only seen them added a couple of times. Missing about 20000+ coins now. I have followed all EA help instructions in terms of MAC address, cloud save, adding/readding name tag etc and I even reinstalled the game. Nothing has worked. I have then tried another account on the same xbox/network and they don't have this issue. This started since 1st May when I logged in and all my coins, bulbs and rainbow stars showed 0 - I reloaded game and they reappeared, but now this. I get coins when I shoot turrets or complete quests. Please help!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As above.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Rose
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Affecting every single character.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

@Milyon587 Am very annoyed that this issue is persisting despite numerous interactions with EA Help; not impressed.

First rep told me to reset various things. Second completely disinterested and spent an hour only to tell me to write a bug report. 3rd helpful and created a case, which changed to resolved few days later despite being told I would get email when fixed. When got in contact to query the change as issue still happening, was told to check game in 2 hours where I would be pleasantly surprised to see issue resolved (lie), before 5th staff said shouldn't have been told that and to check devs on twitter.

I supported game by buying founders edition and rainbow stars. And now it seems I will never get 1000 coins for levelling up again? That is a massive source of coin gain. It is not happening on two others accounts on same Xbox and network so surely a sync issue and all started when game servers messed up on May 1st and showed 0 of everything for many players.

Please can this be fixed!
