Oh how I wish I could downvote here. Night cap as a character is only so good in the hands of the person playing her. I hate to say it, but in the case of what you're suggesting, get good.
@DoomEternalHype you must have been heavily abused by a NC for you to suggest such a nerf. She got nerfed in 3 consecutive patches excluding the ttk patch. Actually, I think she got nerfed in ALL the patches since founders lol. You need to learn how to counter your opponent. I use soldier.
I thought at first this post was a sarcastic joke but since it's serious I'll have to agree with @Shinobicap , given all the zombie-favored patches, you need to get good.
Btw what character do you use against NC. What is your overall strategy. Maybe we can give you some pointers and share our experience. That might help!
I agree with all the nerf but she should be twice big as all-star and her attack should not pierce through ennemies.... Just kiding, she's my main and i'm pretty sure her purpose is to be a glass canon class. Sorry if you had bad times against one of them.
While the game can have legitimate balance issues due to the fact that it’s a Hero shooter as many have already stated if you’re having persistent and frustrating problems dealing with one character class those problems are likely to be due to the skill level of the player using it or due to your current character choice or tactics being ill suited for that characters play style and not because the character you keep getting vanquished by is broken.
Instead of calling for a nerf you should try to adjust your own tactics or character choices to compensate first.
