Please release Season 2 this month/next month
I can't believe how long it has been. I'm getting bored of this game. I'm currently in ultimate league with 200 stars. There is a rumor going on Reddit that it will be released in 3 months?? June 30....

I'm thinking it could be within a couple weeks... Were nearing the sixmonth mark and this round of events is nearly over. I want to say tomorrow even, but i would hope we'd get a warning.
My problem is that i haven't hit ultimate yet. I'm 55 stars out, but just don't habe the time. I know my decks are good enough to get there, i beat many 50s already, but can usually only manage one or two games a day. Doesn't mean i don't want the new season... ...but i can't say I'd mind a couple more weeks lol

I too am getting impatient. I'm not going to make any demands, but screw Daalnnii's 55 stars. I want season 2!
I've been patiently playing since March.......2016! I'm ready!
I personally believe we are going to get a big update tomorrow. I don't know if it will be a full-fledged season #2, but if not, something is better than nothing.

june 30th is NOT a rumour. Unless they alter their code, that is the date currently marked as Season 2

you dont even have to release new cards now. just reset the ranked mode and give 10 gems per ultimate star. i have 900 stars and it only means i wasnt getting tired of grinding for a long time. but the best game is worthless if theres nothing to play for.
reset ladder every 2 month, keep a "livetime stars" scoreboard and you dont need any other changes to make your most playing players satisfied.
but june? if thats true, good luck keeping anyone involved in this game for two more months, when the only play mode is completely rewardless.

although it might be a bit late to butt in but....
magic, hearthstone and ygo comparisons are plenty unfair.magic set come around every 3 months but the thing with these is that magic and hearthstone also have a massive draft/arena playerbase that require them to print "* cards" from a constructed point of view (see magma rager of the season).
For magic its even more prevalent as a set of new cards (a set has like 250-something cards) maybe includes like 10-15% remotely playable nonland- cards and the rest is utter trash for contructed play. and thats for standard. let alone legacy which gets like 2-3 cards/set.I have my doubts that we´re going to see a lot of vanilla junk in the upcoming content because there is absolutely no need for this in PvZ:H
and comparing any of these games with ygo wich is just a chaotic "we ban whats good because we suck at balancing and need you to buy the new stuff we print"-clusterfock of a trashy money grabbing game.....is an insult

This is exactly what they have to do. They are not asked for anything more than something as simple as restarting the ranked mode. With that we would all be happy.

i agree, a draft format in pvzh would be really cool. In magic 95% of cards are irrelevant for constructed, but 95% of them are relevant in draft. and as we all know, draft is the most fun format. (also the one with most skill involved. (aside from the "I pulled three matching Mythics" players))
