I have to admit that i am against giving the Unicorn to people, in GW2. I myself didn`t play Gw1 very much before Gw2 came out, when i first started playing Gw2 i was rank 2 in Gw1, however when first seeing the unicorn, i knew that i wanted it. It took me most of 3 weeks to get to 313, and i quite enjoyed the experience. So i would like that the unicorn stays as it is, with no changes.

Similar time to what I got it in, a true tactician and highly earned. I played so much I felt like a zombie after it.
It is for this reason alone nobody should ever be able to unlock it in GW2. I do think EA should work hard to manually give it certain players with messed up accounts, and issues where they had to create new accounts and whatnot.
Fair is fair at the end of the day.
