There were also other adjustments to Tank Commander and some others that didn't make the patch notes. Nothing is official until patch day. Character Changes Breakfast Brainz increased to 200 HP (up from 175) and his damage upgrade is being buffed. (@13:49) Super Brainz - Punch damage increase (99% sure, Gary was being loud and excited so it was hard to hear!) (@14:14) No Citron nerf. (@18:25) Chomp Thing damage buff. (@21:48) Kernal Corn damage buff. (@22:27) All All-Stars overheat upgrade is getting nerfed (cited that All-Stars were doing very well overall, lots of kill streaks). (@23:00) Map Changes Teleporters: Currently Plants = 300 HP, Zombies = 500 HP. They are buffing plants teleporter to 500 HP to match Zombies. (@12:43) Repositioning/removing/adding turrets and adjusting spawn points on all Turf Takeover maps at various objective points (Seeds of Time (@25:39), Great White North (@8:56), Moon Base Z (@21:15), Zombopolis (@31:00), Zomburbia (@31:37)). Seeds of Time final objective (boot push) is going to be more difficult for Zombies. (@25:39) Increased health for battery and Zombot at the end of Zombopolis. (@30:22) Increased difficulty for the final objective in Zomburbia. (@32:00) Other Info More changes to be revealed at a later date. Scheduled to arrive with Trouble In Zombopolis Part 2 patch. At this point, let's compare him to the Foot Soldier Corn has more ammo Corn has a rocket jump equivalent that also does damage and can pretty much destroy another person in a 1v1 usually Corn has an artillery barrage much more useful than the stink bomb Corn has 25 more health WHY DOES HE NEED A DAMAGE BUFF Please, Popcap, stop buffing Corn, especially when he doesn't need it. At least make his accuracy and recoil higher than, because he is otherwise going to totally outclass the foot soldier then. Now, All-Star is getting nerfed but not Citron.....why..... Super Brainz is getting buffed though

Look, they have practically the same rate of fire, except Corn now has more damage. And they also do the same amount of damage before this buff. And yes, Foot Soldier has 2 rocket leaps, but I was comparing the regular foot soldier to regular corn, not including alternate abilities. Who knows what they will add for Corn's Husk Hop replacement. And Husk Hop isn't easy to dodge, the thing activates immediately and even if you sidestep the corn homes in on you unless you sprint tackled away or something. Also Huskhop jumps MUCH higher than a single rocket leap from the Soldier, maybe even as high as the rocket jump. Shuck Shot hard to aim? It is the same as ZPG practically, except two projectiles that do 125 damage each. Their move speed is barely even different, I guess the Foot Soldier felt faster, but they were identical to be honest. And hitbox? Their heads are almost the same size, corn's is just barely any taller. Isn't like the Soldier's helmet shields him from damage.

Seriously?? BBQ Corn and Pops Corn don't need a buff at all! Should've reconsider the decisions before making buffs like that. Citrons were fine the way they are until you guys over buffed him. We also see BBQ Corns like all the time.The battery and Zombot health did need a buff though. Peashooters can throw Sombrero Bean Bombs straight to the battery and a whole team can easily demolish the fuses.

I already posted my full thought in the same reddit post that proposed the balance change but in short: Why corn buff Why no citron nerf Why no parrot nerf All-star overheat upgrade nerf is...Not very good for the already bad variant of all-star,do compensation buff for those plz Balance is simply gonna be worse need patch if it go though considering we will get Two OP class in the plant team instead of one. Which is a shame considering the rest of the balance change didn't seem so bad.

It's funny that they think nerfing the All-Star's overheat upgrade will effect their killstreaks when it really won't. heck most All-star players don't even try to use their main weapon most of the time. The big killstreaks are due to the easy to use Imp punts which instantly kills (aside against citrons) and sprint tackles that all the all-stars instantly spam ;pBut thankfully they are buffing the battery on zombopolis because it is super easy for plants to win it (i've only won it once ever with zombies) it's super easy for pea shooters to just rush in and throw a chilly bomb or a cactus using a garlic drone to easily sneak it in and just shoot at the battery as the zombie players usually always fail to notice it.

what the beeping hell the only fair class out of em all and pop cap are screwing this class over for no reason at all. ooooo more players are starting to use the all star class (pppppffffftttt yea right) and getting kill streaks (more bull). on turf take over your lucky to see 3 all stars idk on all the other modes but im not being funny or anything but on turf take over theres a better chance of the sunflower getting most vanquishes and vanquish streak than a all star these days. so if they want to play on the over heat nurfing do it to all the other classes (citrons, chompers and super brainz) across the board

so if they want to play on the over heat nurfing do it to all the other classes (citrons, chompers and super brainz) across the board

All Star is a beast! I don't know how you all play, but I manage 50-80 kills per round of gnome bomb with him! Always top of my team. Lol literally the easiest to play. Throw the imp punt at any plants and they instantly die. Peashooters chili bean pales in comparison.

Also, the tackle is devastating when capturing objectives. Citron is a joke against the All star tackle.

An slight overheat nerf isn't going to do a thing

@linger4606 yea thats gnome bomb when you got a crowd around the statue trying to disarm it like a chilli bean bomb when the zombies trying to disarm the cluke in gw1. its like bowling with the rails up and closed in to the width of the pins and using a ball big enough to strike em all down 0% chance of missing.

when your in a open environment its a whole different story plus half the plants can get to unreachable higher ground for the majority of zombie side aint exactly picking off territory like when there on the ground
