Summarize your bug The Popcorn upgrade claims it randomly creates potato mines if the enemy is vanquished by a max charge shot. This isnt what happens.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just use the popcorn upgrade and try getting vanquishes at less than max charge.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What ACTUALLY happens is that while YES, it will create potato mines randomly when you get a max charge vanquish.... it also randomly creates them when you get a critical vanquish.
