Toxic Citron is okay but where he really excels is verse big clustered groups. With the damage radius , explosive life and reload upgrades you can give an almost constant stream of aoe damage.
Breakfast brianz 25 health deduction is a waffle slap in the face. He needs to be able to tank damage so he can build up speed of his attack to where it's actually doing some damage. I'd go as far as suggesting he needs 210 to 225 hp. Although using his attack before coming in contact with the enemy helps since his initial attack is negligible anyways.

I think BB could be better. Maybe since his rate of fire increases, his damage output could start out higher and decrease as his rate of fire increases.Can you get those characters from the 35k packs?
