There is still something that confuses me in your posts:
Why agent pea deserve a nerf and popcorn a buff?
They seems in a very balance spot.
Pop problem could be BBQ outclass him at range, now that finally other corns being improved to be decent i would be fine on a nerf on him, most of people will just play him as a sniper with 150 health, don't you think this is toxic?

Agent pea is pretty much unchanged from GW1 and he was generally considered OP back then. He just have a really crazy headshot dps.
Sure,the lower hp is more notable then before due to pea gatling being super good. But heh, guess it just the closest thing that would be considered OP in the plant team right now.
Pop corn is just a tad lacking in range compared to BBQ corn and the recently buffed Mod corn. And that pretty much it hue.
