6 years ago@MysticSunflower Hey, make sure you pick them up from Rux.
I tested this myself about 10 hours before your post without issue, so they should be going out fine now.

@EA_David I really don't mean to pester, but is there nothing that can be done? I've tried a bunch of different things and Rux never once offered me the prize bulbs after the update on the 27th.

- 6 years ago@MysticSunflower I imagine the combination of theThanksgiving holiday in the States & the weekend means a response is more likely tomorrow. If you haven't already done so, I would check to see if someone has reported this in the Bug Reports section & add your details (if not you might need to create a post) 👍
- 6 years ago@ToastedSarnie Yeah I checked. One person posted the same problem I'm having, so I Me Too'd the post and also offered my gamertag. I'm just worried nothing will be done since the gift is officially not available by tomorrow, or maybe today?
- 6 years ago@MysticSunflower Yes, I'm not sure of the cut-off, I'm afraid, but hopefully they'll be able to sort something out as you've given your details. The Bug Reports would be prioritised over stuff in General Discussion, so fingers crossed for you 🤞
