Problem when getting gems from ads

Ever since the game updated to version 1.32.11 I haven't been able to obtain the free five gems you get per ad. When I finish viewing the ad and exit to receive the gems it marks it down as an error...

What os version do you have on your Samsung Galaxy A7? 

If I understand it correct you can keep doing that ad? 

Last question, what kind of error message do you get?

@EA_Atic I also have this problem, Samsung Galaxy S8, Android 9. Yes we can keep watching ads but it always gives error and it never adds the gems to the total. The error just says "Oops, Something went wrong. Please try again later". So we keep watching ads and get no gems.
