Problem when getting gems from ads

Ever since the game updated to version 1.32.11 I haven't been able to obtain the free five gems you get per ad. When I finish viewing the ad and exit to receive the gems it marks it down as an error...

@EA_Atic I have the same problem here. Can’t receive any gem from ads and it’s just waste my time.
