I have just found one solution to handle the disabled keyboard and mouse even though the error window still pops up which i ignored.

That's my fault for missing the Nvidia part of your initial post, I knew I'd missed something as @WootCandy is always on the ball.
It's still strange why the dxdiag shows the intel chip but as long as everything is working I'm happy 🙂 Let us know if you find out anything more about the error report, would be good to know if it's something specific to the laptop.
