Problem with sticker shop, and a much needed change

            Back in the good ol days of GW1, getting to complete the sticker shop was super easy, taking me under 400 hours. However, GW2 doesnt have that same luxary. I am about 390 items away from ...

Extraordinary pack: Guaranteed to have AT LEAST ONE Rare item.....

If it doesn't deliver 1 rare item (what is the pack guaranteed), it's a rip off (scam), especially if you're still missing rare item.

Can you guys confirm that is the case? 

   1. You're missing some rare items.

   2. You bought an Extraordinary pack.

   3. Still don't get at least one rare item.

The "rare" it gives you will be a consumable. They need to change it to the GW1 system, or at least make the guaranteed card be an item.
