Problem with the achievements

hi there; plants vs zombies in; achievement did not appear; the xbox one tells me I've got it 100% but the achievement does not appear; called this also consumes and weighs 20gamerscore; I hope you can help me

    There is sadly not much we can do regarding achievements. You can try to delete your Gamertag profile from your console in order to download it again or to re-install the game. Sometimes it takes some time until the achievement updates (even when shown as 100%) or you need to unlock some other achievements when it is stuck.
