You also mean like all the All-Stars and Super Brainz who can poke their weapon/arm through thin walls and do that? Yep, seen it much.
So i have just been in a TT match where one team completely dominated the other, all while some E. Brainz abused the wall/floor exploit to the fullest.
No way to reach him because of the firepower of his team blocking the way. Constantly getting fully harassed by his electro beam coming through walls/floors and immediately running away when in danger.
It is braking the balance in an absurd way.
There is a tiny way to annoy such exploit abusers with the spore mist, but even that is unreliable and causes them to run away at best. Just to switch to another spot for the next abuse.
We need people to effectively bring this to Popcaps attention at twitter. Maybe they will finally begin to realize how broken this is when someone spent time to master this exploit.

The sniping brainz meta seems to come and go. I've been seeing it again this week but mostly haven't for a while.
I don't think we can have any expectation that geometry exploitation will be fixed in this game. People have been yelling at popcap about it as long as I can remember. It stems from the way the maps are constructed. We can only hope that it's address better in the next. Also I'm hoping that when the patch gets back in again, the recoil on the beam will reduce sniping electro brainz.

I agree. But it's still worth trying.
And if they really don't care i see no reason to buy anything GW related anymore. As the current condition is a fact and based on that fact i can only assume that there will be other exploits in the next one which they will ignore again. Not to forget all the other issues we had since day 1.
It's a competitive multiplayer shooter after all. Other games include well thought out cover mechanics, sometimes even blind fire, that actually work for all characters without breaking balance to give trolls their moment.
From a design standpoint i can say that much: they should have never given the Brainz a right hand fire. An eye laser would have been centered and avoided the wall cover.
Same goes for Citron.
