@Jazcast For the account that isn't working, do you have PS Plus linked to that account as well? Playing on PC is not the same as playing on PS because on PC you don't need an online subscription like PS and Xbox do. The issue isn't the EA account itself if it works on PC unless One PS account does have PS Plus and one does not.
All the EA account does on the console is allow you into the servers.
@EA_Shepard I do not currently have ps plus but even when I did a few months back I still couldn’t log into the backyard even when accepting invitation to people’s groups it didn’t work

@Jazcast Yeah with PS Plus changing and Xbox Live changing, it's a tough one.
So you have multiple accounts. Do you have two PSN IDs both linked to their own EA account?
Having them linked to one I can see having issues but on the console, there's no real entitlement or content that prevents you.
Have you changed your PSN and EA profile settings for privacy to be more open?- 2 years ago
@EA_Shepard all of my playstation accounts are linked to their own ea account. is it possible i was shadow banned at any point?

@Jazcast it's possible that it was at some point sure. That we wouldn't see though. You would have to go through the Terms of Service for that one. Once you go through all the other issues it could be which you basically have, and they are all linked separately, I would do one last thing.
Remove them all and the game
Log back into the PSN ID that cannot.
Download the game again
test it
If it doesn't again, you would need to reach out to support and have the EA account checked. The EA account allows you to connect to the server, so if it was a different issues like the PSN ID for example, you would get a different error message.
