PS4 Black screen on pvz gw2 when in a online match

I really need to fix this problem.

every time I search for a match it say found the Best match and then it's just a black screen with the marigold going round and round. I have had this for more than 1 year.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.

(disk is all clean)

restart application.

restarted system

restarted wifi.

and still working I really need help

plzzzz

im actually getting the same problem on my pc by any chance when and if you load in do you start lagging real bad? or havent you been able to get into a game?

I have the exact same issue, who's your internet provider? I read somewhere here issues with Optus nbn DNS settings in firmware
