[PS4] Can't play PvZ GW2 - 'must be signed into PSN' problem

Hi! I hope someone can help with a solution! I have a PlayStation 4, and when I try to load and play PvZ GW2 it keeps returning an error 'must be signed into PSN'. It has never loaded and played. ...

Thinking you may be right about EA, will definitly have to give more thought about buying other EA Games. Havnt even heard if they have made any progress  on a solution, am very dissapointed!

Does anyone know if you have to open ports on the router, in order to play this game? If so, does anyone know the ports to open?
