Thanks for your answer, however, something you and ea should bear in mind is the fact that me, as well as many other console gamers, play in consoles because we like the fact of saying "it just works", when you ask me or any other member of the community to begin troubleshooting, turning on and off anything and everything on our network, we are becoming like PC gamers and looking the point of paying for something more packed and supposedly to be ready...
As for me, my network is fine, because if everything else word, but this game, the issue is within the game, not the environment.
I hope you may show my discomfort and annoyance to someone that matters, and is able o make a stand officially on this regard.
So I finally managed the freaking game to start, but to do so I had to hire a completely independent ISP just for the PS4, this is ridiculous, every other game I own works just like a charm on my network, but in prder to play GW2, I had to cripple the rest of my household giving the game access to its own bandwidth.
Are you kidding me EA??? No answer for your so called Advisors, been waiting for them for over 45 minutes.
Every other game I own, including some other titles from you, work well on a Load Balanced network between 2x10 MBps ISP providers, but to play this gem, i have to let go the load balance, cripple every other service in my house, just for this to work?!?!?!?!
Your network developing team could use some lessons, hey there are even some free ones on google, you might want to check them...
