ps4 gw2 won't start at hub
Did the dlc for gw2, game launches with the orange character on a moon, no menu, no mission info, nothing. Have traveled the area repeatedly, shot numerous zombies, got to lvl 2, %complete upto 37. Could use some help

The Citron moon level is actually streaming install; it just allows you to play the game while the it's still installing.
Generally the installation process will go much slower playing during this time. Allow it to fully install before attempting to play for optimal installation speed.
The completion percentage shown is how far along the installation process it is.
