I tried to download two days ago. Screen keeps flashing from "installing update file" to PS4 home screen in rapid succession. When I look up the install progress, it is listed as installed already. I thought that it was a disk error, so I returned and exchanged it for another copy. Same problem continues to persist. I DO have a PS plus subscription. I have never been prompted any questions. If I back out, it just shows the PS4 home screen and allows me to select start, then starts the alternating screen flashing again.
- I was having the same issue a moment ago. What I did was I went to notifications and deleted the "update" one and the pvz share factory theme that was waiting to install." Basically cleared all downloads and notifcaftions that had anything to do with pvz. Hope this helps

This was exactly what was causing my issue. Thank you for the info. I cancelled this pending download and was able to proceed to the game. SO much for that "free gaming video enhancement".- You Are the best!
