PS4 preorder bonuses

I preordered this game simply to get the exclusive customization items. I can't figure out how to get them though. I've been playing since the game went live and some people are already sporting this ...

Have you checked in the sticker shop ? The preorder bonuses are in the "Open Me!" packs, that are free.

        Means click on the link to submit a support ticket to EA and someone from support will look into your issue.
