PS4 preorder bonuses

I preordered this game simply to get the exclusive customization items. I can't figure out how to get them though. I've been playing since the game went live and some people are already sporting this ...

    You can try restoring your licenses:
    
    - Settings
    
    - PSN
    
    - Restore Licenses
