PS4 PvZ BfNW Credentials Expired

So I haven't played in ages and it says credentials expired. I tried to reset my password, but the whole account has disappeared. I made a new account with the same email address, but it wont work. How can I add my new EA account to my PS4 PvZ game? The only option in the game is to press the X and it just pops up the credentials expired window...
