PS4 PVZ GW 2 Town hall doors won't open

There seems to be an issue with the Town hall not opening even though the event is working and active on Xbox One and possibly PC. I would like to find a solution to this problem as of right now the ...

    Problem fixed. Town hall, rux and other live events are available again on ps4

Hello. Please help, 2 weeks have already passed and the Town hall is not opening. (I'm on PC) I am in Kazakhstan

This video contains the times for each event once per month.

Each one starts on the first Tuesday of each month, second Tuesday if the month starts on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.
