PS4 PvZ GW2 EA Link to PvZ Heroes. No reward has come through.

It is indeed bugged for apparently a significant percentage of users.

You could try contacting the popcap employees who have a twitter presence.  Every now and then one takes the initiative to fix individual problems like this.

        i can confirm the same on PC platform, didn't receive nothing, and i linked the pvz heroes account as well
