(PS4) Welcome mat with several upgraded/skinned toons

So, I dig playing in Welcome Mat but I have noticed more than one "not basic" toon on both sides that do some crazy damage with upgrades i.e.: fire chomper and the zoo scientist among others. Any wo...

I think I saw it happen once but I never got to enough Welcome Mat games to confirm this. I would, from first glance, say this may be a loading or "event flag" error to notify the user's game to say "It is Welcome Mat! Base class only and no customization!" causing the game to think it is a regular game hence "over-powered" variants.

I honestly need more information regarding this, it would definitely be a pain to fight those variants when they have an advantage!
