Purchased coin packs not showing up in-game

I went to sticker shop and my coin pack isn't there. Still hasn't shown up three hours later. Can I get a refund

    Had to do a hard reset. Went to settings and restarted my xbox through there. It works. So if you're having the same issues this is what you need to do.

I restarted my game then my xbox and still no coin packs. Microsoft already charged my account too

    First, check and make sure it's not something you need to download by pressing the menu button and choosing "Manage Game"

    Second, check your * mailbox.

      Thank you for your input. I tried all those options you mentioned before I tried the hard reset. But I will say the first time I purchased add-ons I didn't have this problem. So something still isn't right with this game

        @solidunion Thanks for the post, and for letting folks know that the hard reset fixed things. 

        Hopefully we don't see this happen too often, but thanks for the info if it does.
