Purchased coin packs not showing up in-game

I went to sticker shop and my coin pack isn't there. Still hasn't shown up three hours later. Can I get a refund

    Had to do a hard reset. Went to settings and restarted my xbox through there. It works. So if you're having the same issues this is what you need to do.

I restarted my game then my xbox and still no coin packs. Microsoft already charged my account too
