Puzzle party 5/24 not working

Imp tossing gargs in lanes 1&3, party guy in lane 4. Should first garg be tossing 2 imps? It's not. Even posted video shows a fail.  If if you know how to do this, please post a vid.

    It's glitched. Keep trying the same thing. It will eventually work. It took me 6 tries.
