Pvz : Battle for Neighborville - Black Screen Crash Game.

Hello, 3* days ago I bought new pvz, after the instalation i wanna play, but after launch Easy anticheat black window appears and gone. Idk what i should do, i write on polish Answer HQ but, nobody reply ;( Here is Dxdiag if it help to repair problem 😉

@4B7DG1ki if that is working for you then your account on the machine has issue removing the account and re adding it can solve those issues.

I have this same problem and don´t know what to do. I bought this game today and now im so sad because i can´t play it.

@4B7DG1ki PS. On new Windows account game launch and work well.

@4B7DG1ki Here is the Solution :

Solution 1 :

a. Close origin properly.

b. start the game with admin permission ( If not work then close the game with task manager and again run with admin permission)

c. Do this until a white screen with popcap not shown.
