Pvz battle for neighborville : xbox one split screen unplayable

Basically title. I'm on Xbox one x. I know splitscreen isn't incredibly popular by and large. However there are people who use it a bunch, like my wife and i.

When we enable splitscreen, not only does the game drop to 30 fps (stayed in 60 fps in other gw games) but there's nearly a full second of button lag.

My wife and i can somewhat tolerate the button lag in the pve activities. But in pvp, it's damn near unplayable.

Now...i completely understand that some people are more sensitive to button lag than others but myself and my wife can notice it and noticed it instantly and constantly.

Also. I can play the game at 30 fps. I play other games at 30 fps. But the button lag just ruined the fun for us.

Bfn seems to keep the game at a very high resolution while in splitscreen instead of just dropping the res and therefore increasing the fps. As for the button lag...i don't know what the fix is but i refuse to believe there is no fix.

If anyone else here has the chance to play splitscreen and can check it out for me on your system and let me know how it feels for you, it would really help to gather information to submit to popcap.
