PVZ Battle for neighborville: flag zombie/weed idea

Flag zombie/weed. Spawnable from dirt piles on the ground. Spawns around maps like other zombies/plants. Can use its abilities like a wildflower/tv head. Abilities: Rally-attracts any Ai zombies...
