- Hi, When I launch the game, it shows the game banner and then the program runs in a small black window and in 2 seconds it crashes. I tried many fixes from your forums such as looking for windows update (It is updated), checking drivers updates (Updated too), Repair game in the origin library, reinstalling Origin app and the game multiple times, and clering chash and a bunch of other stuff . I noticed from one site that I don't have settings folder in my game directory (In documents\PVZ Battle for Neighborville\ )

@iluminatethesky when i turn on it shows anticheat then black screen and it comes back to origin

Thanks for the DxDiag, looks like everything is okay there, hardware wise.
Can you try creating a new temporary windows user account, and launching the game under that account to see if you experience the same issue?
