@SkorpTheDopE There are several other threads about this. Usually it is because you are using a Windows account containing a non-ascii character in the account name. For unknown reasons, PVZBFN does not handle that and they don't seem to bother fixing that. Create a new user account on your computer with only a-z characters in the name and play using that.
