pvz battle for neighborville won't open

i bought plants vs zombies Battle for Neighborville and when i lanch the game the lancher apper and then black window of the game open for a 3 seconds and then coloses with no information what so eve...

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, thanks for the DxDiag.

Can you try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and the Game Properties in your Library

2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator

4. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    I have tried all of these things and have gotten nowhere. The loading screen goes all the way across, then either it disappears or the origin screen comes back. Please help.
