Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, thanks for the DxDiag.
Can you try these steps?
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and the Game Properties in your Library
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator
4. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I have tried all of these things and have gotten nowhere. The loading screen goes all the way across, then either it disappears or the origin screen comes back. Please help.
