More specifically this (EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe) crashes, not the easy anti-cheat. Attached below is the error message I get (when trying to open the exe file and the game) and my dxdiag. Additionally, I noticed that if i go into C:/Program files/EA/AC, I see EAAntiCheat.Installer. When opening this, I notice that pvz bfn is not an option(see 3rd attached file). Does this have something to do with the error?
Update 1: I was wrong, it is actually EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll causing the issues. I know this because I opened the dump files with https://www.wikihow.com/Read-Dump-Files#:~:text=Opening%20and%20analyzing%20a%20dump,tool%20like%20WinDbg%20or%20BlueScreenView. that article's' help Method 1. I now have this info.

Update 3: I noticed that in C:/program Files/EA Games/ PVZ Battle For Neighbourville/EasyAntiCheat/certificates/game, it tells me windows does not have enough information to verify this certificate. Perhaps this is causing an issue?
I did it! Somehow Lmao. what i did was install https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/#install the anti cheat from here. then I opened that and scrolled down to pvz heroes (for some reason it showed it when before it would not idk why). I then uninstal, reinstalled, updated and repaired it... and it works! Ok let me know if this helps
