yea I tried to log out and back into EA before visiting the page, after talking with EA they say they cant even see the purchase on my account, which is odd as I downloaded my EA data and found it right away, I need to revisit support and find out what thats all about. seems to not be detecting the purchase somehow even tho I got all of the other bonus content when in game, also tried to redownload the game, only thing I havnt done and am slightly worried about loosing save data is unlink my account which was first linked via need for speed remastred but again they couldnt even see that on my account at EA, so far that game has worked fine for me played online with friends crossplay I dont own any other EA titles on switch to try relink with anyway.
quick update I unlinked my Nintendo account from EA and then linked it again useing pvzbfn this time instead of Need for speed Hot persuit remastered, still after visiting the comic page It does not detect my purchase so now im totally out of ideas both support of nintendo and EA have been amazingly bad this forum is likely my last hope.
